Locked and Loaded Defense Academy is a California DOJ licensed CCW instructor and NRA certified training provider. We offer multi-state CCW training and a wide-range of firearms courses focused on safety, handling, and responsible gun ownership. Our mission is to empower our students to be prepared, confident, and lawful in their use of firearms while learning in a user-friendly environment that is non-threatening, safe and fun.

We are a California licensed and Certified DOJ Approved CCW Instructor.
We are compliant with all of the new 2024 SB2 and PC 26165 requirements that must now be followed in order to obtain your California CCW Permit.
California CCW INITIAL Permit Application:
$425.
This is a 16-hour course that includes lecture, written test and live-fire shooting range requirements. (Does not include ammunition)
California CCW RENEWAL Permit Application
$225.
This is a 8-hour course that includes lecture, written test and live-fire shooting range requirements. (Does not include ammunition)
Multi-State CCW Permit (Utah, Arizona, Florida)
$50.
If you add a multi-state permit while taking your California CCW Permit--the fee for adding an out-of-state permit to your training is only $50. (No live-fire shooting range requirement)
Our California CCW Classes are now available to be scheduled through MyCCW.
In order to apply for your Initial CCW Permit or for your Renewal CCW Permit, merely go to the MyCCW.us website, locate your city, and begin following the protocol that is provided by them. If you have any difficulty navigating through their protocol, please feel free to contact us and we will guide you through the process.

Additional Cities that we are Approved Calif. DOJ CCW Instructors Include:

I am a licensed NRA Pistol Instructor, Range Safety Officer, Personal Protection Inside the Home Instructor, Personal Protection Outside the Home Instructor and CCW Instructor.
NRA Basic Pistol Course
$225.
This is a 8-hour NRA Course that includes lecture, written exam and live-fire shooting range. (Ammunition not included)
NRA Basic PPITH (Personal Protection In The Home) Course
$150.
This is a 4-hour NRA Course that includes lecture, written exam and live-fire shooting range of approximately 100 rounds. Prerequisite: You must have completed the NRA Basic Pistol Course before enrolling in this course. (Ammunition not included)
NRA CCW Instructor Course
$450.
This is a 16-hour NRA course that includes lecture, written exam and live-fire shooting range. (Ammunition not included)
Personal, Private Instruction is Available with a flexible schedule.
$100 per hour
Yourself only, or bring up to 3 other family members or friends to offset and share the overall cost.

cancellation policy
CANCELLATION:
Students are required to cancel at least 48-hours in advance of the class date. If it becomes apparent that you are not going to be able to attend the class that you originally signed-up for, we are more than happy to accommodate you in a future class. We understand that true emergencies happen putting you in a position where you simply cannot attend our class on your assigned date.
Students who are "no-shows" or do not offer us the courtesy of a 48-hour notice prior to the date of their class stating they will not be attending the class, are subject to forfeiture of their tuition fee for the class.
All sales are final and Locked and Loaded Defense Academy does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstance.
RESCHEDULING FEE:
Please note that once you have booked a class with us, it means that we have reserved a seat in our schedule exclusively for you.
If you cancel your class less-than 48-hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a rebooking fee of $50.00. To avoid the cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 48-hours prior to your scheduled class.
If 48-hours notice is given, the student will be allowed a one-time class reschedule date for a future class. Any additional rescheduling will be subject to a $50.00 rescheduling fee.
